In order to perform the personalization process, it is necessary to enter the "ANKARAKART Online Transactions, ANKARAKART Identification" menu on the "www.ankarakart.com.tr" website and enter the card numbers written on the front and back sides of the cards.

Citizens who define their ANKARAKART from the account opened in online transactions; They will be able to both examine card movements and load the remaining balance on their cards to their new full ANKARAKART in case of theft or loss.
