A circular on additional coronavirus measures was sent to 81 Provincial Governorships. In the circular, the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the Coronavirus Scientific Committee in order to manage the risk of the coranavirus epidemic in terms of public health and public order, to ensure social isolation, to protect the physical distance and to control the rate of spread of the disease, many measures are taken in line with the instructions of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. It was reminded that it was passed.

In the circular, which stated that the Covid-19 epidemic and the increase of cases continue in the world and that there is an increase in the course of the epidemic, especially in the European continent, it was stated that in many European countries, new restrictions were made for collective gathering of people.

In the circular, it was emphasized that in addition to the basic principles of the controlled social life period, cleaning, mask and distance rules, as well as the course of the epidemic and possible risks, the rules and measures to be followed for all areas of life are determined.

The circular also included the letter sent by the Ministry of Health to our Ministry.

In the article; Regarding the COVID-19 pandemic that continues to threaten the world; The most up-to-date scientific developments and experiences in our country and in the world are followed by the COVID-19 Scientific Advisory Board and the Ministry of Health, in this context, studies are carried out for the control of the pandemic in our country, technical guidelines and protocols are published and updated.

COVID-19 cases continue to increase in the world. It is expected that there are ongoing cases of Covid-19 in our country, and although the number of cases has been controlled to a certain extent, the prevalence of respiratory diseases transmitted by droplet route in our country is expected to increase in the coming autumn and winter months as in the whole world. In this context, the COVID-19 Scientific Advisory Board established within our Ministry has recommended that non-governmental organizations, professional organizations, unions or cooperatives that are difficult to maintain physical distance should not hold large-scale meetings and postpone them to a later date. It was said.

In this context, in line with the relevant letter of the Ministry of Health and the recommendation of the Coronavirus Scientific Board, considering the seasonal effects, from 02.10.2020 until 01.12.2020, non-governmental organizations, professional organizations and higher organizations, unions and cooperatives events will be postponed.

The decisions of the Provincial / District General Hygiene Boards will be taken urgently by the Governors and District Governors in accordance with the 27th and 72nd articles of the General Hygiene Law in line with the above-mentioned principles.

There will be no disruption in the application and no grievances will be caused.
Necessary judicial proceedings will be initiated within the scope of Article 195 of the Turkish Criminal Code regarding the establishment of administrative action in accordance with the relevant articles of the General Hygiene Law for those who do not comply with the decisions taken.
