Elazig Municipality continues its works that add value to the development of the city. The construction of the Mini Terminal building, which is among the election promises of Mayor Şahin Şerifoğulları, is progressing rapidly.
The basic concrete casting works of the Mini Terminal building, which is built on a total area of 7500 m2 and will have a usage area of 1329 m2, have been completed.
The terminal building, which will provide transportation services between Elazig's district and neighboring cities, will serve citizens from two main centers. Transportation services will be provided to Malatya, Ağın, Baskil, Keban and Sivrice from the mini terminal, and Arıcak, Alacakaya, Karakoçan, Kovancılar, Maden, Palu and neighboring provinces from the eastern terminal.
Within the Mini Terminal building; There will be a security-information desk, a safe deposit room, a waiting room, a cafeteria, an administration office, 6 ticket sales offices, a staff room, a driver's lounge, 10 semi-open platforms and 55 open-top platforms.
The mini terminal building, which is planned to be completed and put into service to the citizens in 2021, will add quality and comfort to the transportation connection between provinces and districts with its new form.
