The shooting of the series, which was shot for Kuwait state television and will be shown in many countries, started in Eskişehir. The series, whose story takes place in the Netherlands, will show Eskişehir as Amsterdam.
Eskisehir, which has become one of the attraction centers of the TV series and film industry in recent years with its successful municipal work, hosts an international production. Eskisehir is shown as Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands, in the series shot for Kuwait state television and whose subject, actors and details are kept secret.
Stating that the series will bring an economic return of more than 2 million TL to Eskişehir during filming, the contractor producer Rasathane Media officials stated that the shooting of the series started in various locations of the city. Authorities said, “When the Kuwaiti Active Media official saw the pictures of Eskişehir when the location was selected for the series at the beginning of 2020, the Amsterdam leg of the series could be shot here. The producer, who was impressed by the works of the Metropolitan Municipality, stated that Eskişehir resembles Amsterdam with the influence of Porsuk Stream. Thanks to the shooting that we started on October 10, the Metropolitan Municipality provided us great convenience. That is why we would like to thank both Mr. Yılmaz Büyükerşen and his team ”.
The shooting of the series, which is planned to be published in 2021, will continue for approximately 80 days in Eskişehir.
