Performing the digital transformation of more than 300 factories around the world, Doruk; IIoT makes a difference with machine learning, augmented reality and artificial intelligence technologies as well as image processing technology. Doruk, which will be supported for 1501 months within the scope of the "TÜBİTAK TEYDEB 24-Industry R&D Projects Support Program" with Promanage Image Processing Technology, which prepares industrialists for the future, offers a great cost advantage compared to standard solutions in challenging sensing environments in the field of image processing, which is developing day by day with its technology.

Image processing technology, one of the sub-branches of artificial intelligence with statistical methods, machine learning and deep learning, continues to develop rapidly. Image processing technology, which is a branch of artificial intelligence that enables computers to perceive and define things that people perceive and define with their eyesight after training; It is used in many different areas including security systems, healthcare industry, robotic technology, autonomous vehicles and defense industry. Basically, the "image processing" or "computer vision" technology, which is called the performance of tasks or functions that a person can perform visually, in a computer environment, performs operations similar to the decision-making mechanism of a person through digital images or video images and decides according to the result.

Turkey in the industry indicates that they are tech company, which held its first R & D activities in the digitization field Peak Member of the Board Aylin Tulay Ozden, on the subject gave the following information: "The management of production in Turkey as Peak built the digitization market in 2020 ııot, machine learning, We provide digital mentorship to the industry with our ProManage products, which we have developed with image processing technology as well as augmented reality and artificial intelligence technologies. Image processing technology is used in many different applications in ProManage products. Finally, we were deemed worthy of re-support by TUBITAK, which has a very important place for our company with our image processing technology. The image processing technology of the Smart Production Management System ProManage, which prepares the industrialists for the future, will be supported for 1501 months within the scope of the 'TÜBİTAK TEYDEB 24-Industry R&D Projects Support Program'. The program in question; It is a program created to increase the international competitiveness and export capacity of companies, to gain the competence to carry out joint R&D and innovation projects, to support project-based research, technology development and innovation activities, and to gain the competence to do R&D and innovation projects in cooperation with universities. TUBITAK TEYDEB has the works we have carried out together and the supports we have received in the past. We designed one of the first IoT-based devices in the world in 1998 as a project supported by TÜBİTAK TEYDEB (then TİDEB), and commercialized it and used it in industry. In the following years, we continued to develop the product and obtained its internationally protected patent. Using this device, we commercialized one of the first automatic production planning (data analytics) software in the world in 1999 by completing it as a TÜBİTAK TEYDEB project. "

Image processing technology provides great cost advantages in many industries

Saying that image processing technology, which is developing day by day, offers a great cost advantage compared to standard solutions in challenging sensing environments, Özden said, “For 22 years, we have been offering high technology solutions to many different sectors, especially automotive, white goods, plastic, pharmaceutical, chemical, food and packaging. We constantly renew our systems in the light of current needs and demands of industrialists, technological developments and international trends. We develop and install Smart and Digital Production Management Systems to digitally manage the production operations of industrial enterprises. These systems, which can make new decisions by receiving automatic feedbacks from the actual situation of the factories, transform the enterprises into a structure called Smart Factory and Digital Factory in the Industry 4.0 phase. Turkey origin in international standards designed an intelligent production management system which ProManage, allows users to automatically and continuously develop their businesses; It constantly shows the bottlenecks, weaknesses and points open to improvement of businesses. Image processing systems built around industrial cameras stand out as an indispensable component in intelligent and automated production. Any operation in the factory environment, where an operator can use visual information and make a decision, can be easily performed using image processing technology. For example; It is possible to detect defects in a manufactured product and can be used in product recognition, identification and backtracking applications. Thus, we contribute to a great cost advantage in facilities and businesses ”.

Social distance measurement and warning system was developed with image processing technology in ProManage KiT.

Lastly, Özden stated that they use artificial intelligence and image processing technologies in the ProManage KIT (Controlled Human Traffic) application, which they developed to protect the health of employees and factories in the 'controlled social life' phase; “In our ProManage KiT application, businesses can instantly monitor whether their employees comply with social distance rules or not, with artificial intelligence and image processing technology. With ProManage KiT, developed with image processing technology, social distance between employees can be controlled and people can be prevented from entering unsafe places. Producers can continue their activities without the need for additional investment even in unexpected situations such as a pandemic ”.
