After the reorganization of the plans of the 4th Region Üçkuyular-Konak section, which was canceled by the court in the İzmirdeniz Project, which is the work of İzmir Metropolitan Municipality to bring the Gulf and the city together, it was approved by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
In the approved plan, it was stated that the regulations regarding the İnciraltı Marina Junction and the tram route were transferred to the zoning plan, technical infrastructure areas were determined to serve the wastewater infrastructure of the city, and the matters specified in the court decisions were fulfilled.
In the current zoning plan, İnciraltı Marina Junction was included as an underpass. But; Within the scope of the project change made by İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Transportation Department, the Marina Junction was reorganized as a bridge intersection arrangement. The new arrangements in the İnciraltı Marina Junction project and the changes made in the Konak tram route in this direction were transferred to the zoning plan.
