Ankara Metropolitan Municipality continues uninterruptedly its works initiated within the scope of the "New Mamak Urban Transformation and Development Project". The 58 flats, which were previously excluded from the contract as per the contract, will be delivered to the right holders earlier with the drawing of lots to be held before the notary on October 16.

Within the scope of the "New Mamak Urban Transformation and Development Project", the flats previously excluded from the contract with the decision of the Municipal Council will be delivered to the right owners earlier by drawing lots. The draw to be held in the presence of a notary will be held on October 16, 2020 at the Metropolitan Municipality Conference Hall at 09.30 and 10.30.


The Metropolitan Municipality, which aims to offer modern and livable spaces to citizens who have been waiting for their residences in the Mamak Urban Transformation and Development area for years, also produces alternative solutions for housing victims.

The 58 flats in the urban transformation area will be given the right to participate in the lottery, regardless of the contract date and stage difference, to citizens who have previously signed their contracts but have not received their houses. Thanks to this method, beneficiaries who want to participate in the lottery will be able to get their homes earlier.


In the 4th Stage Ocean Residences, 31 apartments of 120 square meters and 16 apartments of 100 square meters, 5 10 square meters apartments and 100 1 square meters flat in 80th Stage Zirve Houses, 1 each from the beneficiaries comply with the pandemic rules. can participate in the lottery.

Special Projects and Transformation Department Head Hüseyin Gazi Çankaya stated that they spend a lot of time to eliminate the grievances experienced in Mamak Urban Transformation and Development Project and said that they will make the right holders happy by producing alternative solutions. Çankaya emphasized that they want to give all the houses to the citizens who have suffered due to the houses that were not delivered in the past, and made the following statements:

“There are residences that were already completed and delivered. We want to give 58 houses that are not included in the draw to our citizens by lot. The beneficiaries will be able to receive these houses if they do not want to wait for the construction period due to new construction.

Apartments on different floors will be put up for sale by the Metropolitan Municipality through a tender procedure, if there is no demand.
