The mechanic, who saw that one of the railway tunnels in Adıyaman had come out, stopped the train despite the possibility of a bomb and informed the security forces. The gendarmerie teams who came to the scene did not find any bombs in the tunnel and its surroundings.

When the driver of the freight train, which was going from the Gölbaşı district of Adıyaman to the direction of Malatya, saw that a suspicious person had escaped from the tunnel at the entrance of the village of Ozan, he stopped the train before entering the tunnel and informed the gendarmerie. Gendarmerie teams, who took action, came to the scene and took security measures in the vicinity. The teams searched for a bomb in the tunnel with explosive expert dogs and detectors. He also searched the German Bridge where the train passed and the areas where the railway passed.

As a result of the searches, no explosives were found and the railway was opened to transportation. Gendarmerie teams launched an investigation to find the person who came out of the tunnel.
