The Metropolitan Municipality, which increases the comfort of the village roads in Kocaeli, also carries out the construction of roads that deteriorate due to infrastructure and other natural reasons. The Department of Science Affairs will manufacture approximately 11 kilometers of asphalt paving, parquet and border in 18 villages within the scope of road construction and repair work in Kandıra district. Thanks to these works of the Metropolitan Municipality, which attaches importance to village roads throughout the province, the satisfaction of citizens living in rural areas is gained.
ROAD CONSTRUCTION IN 11 VILLAGES
Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality teams, aiming to make village roads comfortable as well as city centers, will carry out road works in 11 villages. Within the scope of the work, Akçaova Prison road 2 thousand meters, between Döngelli Karahasanlar 700 meters, Orhan District Metem Stone Quarry 2 thousand 130 meters, Safalı Çalköy 2 thousand 750 meters, Üğümce Karacalar 620 meters, Yağcılar Road 3 thousand 500 meters, between Alefli Hıdırlar 2 thousand Road construction work will be carried out on roads of 250 meters, Sarıcaali 950 meters inside the village, 600 meters in Kızılcapınar village, 100 meters in Kerpe Çamlıbel Street and 200 meters between Egercili Güvenler. In addition, V channel work will be done in the village of Sarnıçlar.

The Department of Science, which started the work within the scope of the work, started trimer excavation on the road before asphalt paving in Yağcılar Village, while it started to manufacture parquet on the road that was damaged due to infrastructure work in Sarıcaali Village and V channel construction in Sarnıçlar village. Within the scope of the work, a total of 28 thousand tons of asphalt paving, 15 thousand 560 square meters of parquet and 5 thousand 180 meters of production will be carried out.
