Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk, Minister of Family, Labor and Social Services, stated that the pensions payments for the elderly and disabled will be deposited into accounts as of today.
Minister Selçuk made statements regarding the disability and elderly pensions and home care payments for September 2020.
Stating that 1,4 million citizens will benefit from the disabled and elderly pensions in September, Selçuk said that they will make a total payment of 991 million TL within this scope.
We Will Pay 534 Million TL To Our 825 Thousand Disabled Citizens
Emphasizing that 534 thousand disabled citizens will also benefit from home care payments, Selçuk noted that a total of 825 million TL will be paid in this context.
Reminding that the pensions of the elderly and the disabled are made through PTT between 4-9 September 2020, and if requested, the pensions are delivered to the households, Minister Selçuk said that home care payments will start to be made as of September 5, 2020.
Selçuk wished that the payments would be beneficial for all disabled and elderly citizens.
