Urgent Expropriation Decision for Aydın Denizli Highway

The immovable properties within the scope of Aydın-Denizli Highway and Connection Roads Project were expropriated immediately. With the President's Decree No. 24.09.2020 published in the Official Gazette on 2973, it was decided to expropriate the immovables within the scope of Aydın-Denizli Highway and Connection Roads Project.

According to the decision taken, 9 neighborhoods in 47 districts of Aydın and 5 neighborhoods in 27 districts of Denizli will be affected by the urgent expropriation decision. According to the decision, the neighborhoods containing the places to be expropriated are as follows:

Enlightened

1. Efeler district, Çeştepe, Tepecik, Gölhisar, Şahnalı, Mesutlu, Armutlu, Kozalaklı, Karahayıt, Yeniköy, Dereköy, Dalama, Kırıklar, Gödrenli and Alanlı neighborhoods,
2. Köşk district, Köşk and Çiftlikköy neighborhoods,
3. Yenipazar district, Hamzabalı, Dereköy, Çulhan, Alhan, Çarşı, Yeni, Karaçakal, Doğu, Donduran and Direcik neighborhoods,
4. Bozdoğan district, Alamut District,
5. Sultanhisar district, Atça District,
6. Nazilli district, Hamidiye, Toygar, Kırçaklı, Yazırlı, Mescitli, Dualar, Pirlibey, Pirlibey / Atatürk and Pirlibey / Cumhuriyet neighborhoods,
7. Kuyucak district, Uzgur (Çamdibi), Karapınar, Kuyucak, Pamucak, Ören, Çiftlik (Başaran), Azizabat, Yamalak and Bucakköy neighborhoods,
