Turkey and Libya will cooperate in new technology. A goodwill agreement was signed between the Ministry of Industry and Technology and the Libyan Central Bank to increase investment, entrepreneurship and technological cooperation. Now, we have a goal to move forward with concrete projects in economy, technology, entrepreneurship and other humanities. For exactly this purpose, we will sign a cooperation protocol with the Libyan Central Bank today. We will undertake joint projects in the fields of investments, entrepreneurship and technology development.

We will contribute to the development of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Libya, we will improve the technological capacity and depth of financial services, we will work together on the usage areas of new technologies in the financial system, we will conduct research and development studies in the regulation of financial technologies, and we will establish technology workshops for young people, taking into account local needs.
At this point, the training content and scope of the Deneyap Technology Workshops, which we successfully run in our country, will be guiding. In the upcoming days, we will take steps towards mutual cooperation, especially in terms of establishing venture capital funds to support technology-oriented initiatives or investing in funds in our country.
