Karaismailoğlu stated that they gave instructions to complete the ongoing projects as soon as possible, and that they will complete the valuable projects that Diyarbakır deserves as soon as possible and follow up the projects in line with the ongoing new needs.
Emphasizing that they have invested 18 billion 7 million lira in Diyarbakır's transportation and communication infrastructure in the last 81 years, Karaismailoğlu pointed out that while there were only 2003 kilometers of roads in the city in 44, there are now 444 kilometers of divided roads, at this point there is an increase of 909 percent.

Minister Karaismailoğlu said, “I am just talking about the divided road investment made in the AK Party governments under the leadership of our President. Stating that there are 9 important highway projects in Diyarbakır at the moment, Karaismailoğlu stated that the approximate cost of these is 1 billion 231 million TL.
