Construction tender for Rize İyidere Logistics Port 1 billion 370 million to lira Building and Building Construction Business Partnership with Cengiz İnşaat won.
The tender, with an approximate cost of 1 billion 719 million lira, was held on July 16, 2020, with the controversial 21b procedure instead of the competitive open procedure stipulated by the law. The result announcement of the tender, which was made with private companies, without announcement announcement, was published on September 1, 2020.
According to the contract, the construction is aimed to be completed in 1.200 days, that is, on December 11, 2023. Cengiz İnşaat also received the tender for Trabzon Taşkale Road Zigana Supply Construction, which is the biggest tender organized by the General Directorate of Highways on July 2, 14 days before this tender. The value of this project is known as 953 million liras.
Rize Iyidere Logistics Port is planned to serve container, general cargo, dry cargo and ro-ro vessels. The port terminal area will be created by filling the sea.
