Smart Public Transportation System (ATUS), one of the smart urban planning services of Konya Metropolitan Municipality, facilitates the lives of its users with the innovations made.
Konya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Uğur İbrahim Altay stated that ATUS provides the convenience of public transportation for citizens who prefer public transportation, making it easier for them to go to their destination in the most comfortable way. Stating that ATUS is one of the most used applications by the people of Konya, Mayor Altay said that they helped the people of Konya to use more efficiently by making innovations on the ATUS web page.
The innovations added to the ATUS web page are as follows: “The mobile compatibility of the web page has been designed in the most useful way. Web interfaces are designed to be user friendly, aesthetic and mobile compatible. By adding a user login, the user has a unique panel. Now, the favorite stop can be determined, the desired time can be selected, and an alarm can be set before that time. The system automatically adds the most queried lines and stops to the favorites for non-member users. The user can add as many elcards as they want and instantly see the balance of the cards. 'Where is my bus?' In the section, the closest stops come according to the location. Adjustments were made in the system according to user habit statistics. In-site search has been developed, which enables users to get results more efficiently and in the shortest time. The "How to Go application" was developed and its updated version was put into service. "
