Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu stated that the second section of the Ankara-Niğde Motorway, which is under construction, will be completed on 2 October, and said, “ we are completing a 29-kilometer-long axle. " said.
During his visit to the AK Party Niğde Provincial Presidency, Minister Karaismailoğlu said that the Ministry and the government made very valuable investments in transportation and infrastructure all over the country.
Reminding that the 1st and 3rd sections of the Ankara-Niğde Motorway, one of the most important of these, were recently opened with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Karaismailoğlu said:
“I hope we will complete the missing second section on October 2, and put it into service for our citizens. These are of great value for our country. We are completing a 29-kilometer axle stretching from Edirne to Şanlıurfa to Edirne, Istanbul, Ankara, Niğde, Mersin and Urfa. When we do these, there are great gains from time and fuel. These investments bring vitality to the region where they are located, and there are great developments in economy, employment, trade, tourism and production. These, of course, affect the quality of life of our citizens. I hope we are happy as we complete these projects as soon as possible and bring them to life and economy. When our citizens use these places, their happiness is our greatest joy, our energy source. "
Karaismailoğlu pointed out that great work has been done on the high-speed train, and said that the work on the Konya-Karaman-Ulukışla line is continuing, and the application projects of the Aksaray-Ulukışla-Yenice line are about to be completed.
Karaismailoğlu pointed out that they developed all over the country with the road and rail network, and said:
“Railway will be much more important in the coming days. Especially, we have important studies on the development of industries and OIZs and their connection to the railway. I hope the region will become very important in terms of logistics. After the region is in the heart of Anatolia and its distance to all sides provides all connections by rail and land, there will be great developments in production. While investments continue, we have become a country that has a say in the world under the leadership of the President. Hopefully, while having a say in our Blue Homeland, we have a say in the space homeland, and we will continue to do so. In the early hours of the morning, we participated in Türksat's 5th Model Satellite Competition in Tuz Gölü. The more we see the sparkle, that energy in the eyes of our young people, the happier you are. Hopefully, we will launch our satellites into space one by one and raise our power and voice there, too. "
Minister Karaismailoğlu also visited the Governorship, signed the Governorship Honor Book, and met with Governor Yılmaz Şimşek. Karaismailoğlu, who then visited Niğde Mayor Emrah Özdemir, received information about the ongoing transportation investments in the city.
