Transportation Officer-Sen has demanded that TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş.'s Interviews for Promotion and Title Change Exam, which have not been held in TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş.
Transport Officer-Sen Chairman Kenan Çalışkan, in his statement;
“The announcement regarding the Promotion and Title Change Exam held within the General Directorate was made on 25.07.2019, and then the Written Exam was held on 26.10.2019, and the exam results were announced on 413 for 544 people to be interviewed for 11.11.2019 staff.
No interviews were held in the past year, and no dates were taken for our oral meetings with the Headquarters Office and the JCC meetings. This situation negatively affects work peace and staff motivation within the organization.
As known; Personnel working on a contractual basis subject to the Decree Law No. 399 cannot receive any additional wages and lose their rights if they act as a proxy. As a result of the promotion and title change exam and interviews, the uncertainty experienced due to the change in social and economic living conditions of the personnel to be appointed with someone other than their residence also creates another grievance.
For this reason, we have repeatedly requested the said interview to be conducted urgently by applying to the General Directorate in writing, in order to prevent further victimization of the staff of the Agency ”.
