Safe driving training was held in Sunçiçek Bicycle Valley for children who are interested in cycling, as part of the 16-22 September European Mobility Week.
The activities organized by the Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Department of Youth and Sports Services as part of the European Mobility Week continue. The current leg of the activities, organized in coordination with Sakarya Cyclists Association and Sakarya Cycling and Outdoor Sports Association, was held in Ayçiçek Bicycle Valley. A large number of young sports fans attended the program where safe driving trainings were held for children.

In the statement made by the Directorate of Youth and Sports Services, “Since 2002, the European Mobility Week has been regularly celebrated every year between 16-22 September within the framework of a different theme. The theme of 2020 has been determined as "Zero Emission Mobility for All". Therefore, in our cycling city, Sakarya, we celebrate the mobility week with various activities. While we encourage citizens and children in particular to cycling, we also teach them to use bicycles correctly and safely. Today, we are providing safe driving training by our expert trainers. Our activities will continue in various parts of the city until Tuesday, September 22 ”.
