In this context, Karsan; In order to contribute to vocational education in the automotive sector, it signed a "Cooperation Protocol in Vocational and Technical Education" with the Bursa Governorship and Bursa Provincial Directorate of National Education. Karsan CEO Okan Baş, who attended the signing ceremony, said, “We are excited and happy to share our work in the field of electric vehicles with our youth, who will be the qualified manpower of the future in this field. We believe that every step we take together will add value to our industry, women's employment and the future of our country ”. With the protocol signed, it is aimed to establish a "Karsan Electric Vehicles Technology Laboratory" and to train the qualified manpower needed in this field.

Karsan, which manufactures modern public transportation and commercial vehicles in line with the mobility needs of the age, has added a new one to its collaborations that will set an example for other institutions and organizations in the sector. Turkey's Karsan domestic producers in this context, Bursa Governorship and Bursa Provincial Directorate of National Education "in Vocational and Technical Education Cooperation Protocol" was signed. The protocol ceremony held in the Bursa Governorship building; Bursa Governor Yakup Canbolat, Bursa Provincial Director of National Education Sabahattin Dülger, Karsan CEO Okan Baş, Industrial Operations Deputy General Manager Alper Bulucu, Human Resources Manager Mücahit Korkut and Provincial National Education Vocational Education Branch Manager Bülent Altıntaş.

Speaking at the ceremony, Karsan CEO Okan Baş emphasized that Karsan's strong position in the sector, which has left half a century behind, brings many responsibilities. Based on all these responsibilities, he said that they will continue their cooperation in the field of employment and education in order to improve the equality of women and men in working life. Emphasizing that the protocol they signed with the Bursa Governorship and Bursa Provincial Directorate of National Education is a work of the cooperation Karsan has realized based on this purpose, Okan Baş expressed their satisfaction for being a party of such a comprehensive cooperation that invests in the future by bringing the sector together with vocational education. With the said protocol, it is aimed to establish a "Karsan Electric Vehicles Technology Laboratory" and to train the qualified manpower needed in this field. While it is planned that at least 10 percent of the 20 students selected from the 50th grade of Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools will be educated, the study will consist of girls; It is aimed to lead the increase in women's employment in the near future. The cooperation in question; It is of particular importance that the students who will study at the Karsan Electric Vehicles Technology Laboratory until their graduation are individuals who will create added value for the sector and new technologies in the future. Within the scope of the signed protocol; It is aimed to design the fields of education in schools together with the sector and to support graduates to prepare for business life.
