In this context, Karsan; In order to contribute to vocational education in the automotive sector, it signed a "Cooperation Protocol in Vocational and Technical Education" with the Bursa Governorship and Bursa Provincial Directorate of National Education. With the said protocol, it is aimed to establish a "Karsan Electric Vehicles Technology Laboratory" and to train the qualified manpower needed in this field. While it is planned that at least 10 percent of the 20 students selected from the 50th grade of Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools will be educated, the study will consist of girls; It is aimed to lead the increase in women's employment in the near future. The cooperation in question; It is of particular importance that the students who will study at the Karsan Electric Vehicles Technology Laboratory until their graduation are individuals who will create added value for the sector and new technologies in the future. Within the scope of the signed protocol; It is aimed to design the fields of education in schools together with the sector and to support graduates to prepare for business life.
