Muhittin Solmaz, who graduated from Hacettepe University Computer Engineering Department with a high degree, started his professional career as a System Analyst at Koçbank; He continues in HAVELSAN, where he has been working in different positions since 2004.

TUBITAK BİLGEM Software Technologies Research Institute Assistant Manager Ömer Özkan was appointed as the Assistant General Manager of Information and Communication Technologies, vacated by Alper Şeker at HAVELSAN.
Ömer Özkan, who graduated from Boğaziçi University Computer Engineering Department, worked at different levels in the private sector and public sector.
Özkan, who took various positions in Garanti Teknoloji, Ziraat Teknoloji, Borsa İstanbul and TÜRKSAT, served as a board member at PTT A.Ş. Özkan, who has been the Assistant Director of the Institute at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM Software Technologies Research Institute since 2016, has worked in areas such as software development and life cycle, process improvement, digital transformation, e-Government and smart cities.
