In the criminal complaint, it was stated that "It is indisputable that TCDD suffered financial damage".

In addition, in the criminal complaint, "The items that are put up for sale for 60 thousand TL and seen as scrap are industrial heritage and their sales for scrap are disrespectful to history." "Because industrial heritage are the oldest items and structures belonging to pre-industrialization. At the point reached today, the industrial heritage, which should be preserved, has been tried to be destroyed by being seen as scrap by looting / looting. The obligation has arisen to demand a public action against those who have committed the crime of misconduct by not fulfilling their duties for the aforementioned reasons ”.

In the criminal complaint, it was requested that the necessary investigation be initiated against those who committed the crime of misconduct and negligence in accordance with the 5237th of the Turkish Penal Code No.257 and a decision to open a public case.
