Women Driver's Experience Sharing Meeting Was Held

“Experience Sharing Meeting” was held for our female drivers. The meeting, which was held with the participation of Deputy General Managers, department heads, female managers, relevant managers and female drivers working in the enterprises, was held in the IETT Kağıthane Garage Conference hall. In the meeting, female drivers expressed their suggestions and expectations, and their statements were noted by IETT managers.

The “Experience Sharing Meeting” organized by the Strategy Development Department's Quality and Institutional Development Directorate started with the opening speech of our Deputy General Manager Hasan Özçelik. Hasan Özçelik stated that the introduction of female drivers was among the firsts in IETT history, that they had an important start and that they were very happy to be in the IETT family.

The meeting continued with the information presentation on IETT and the evaluations of the “Employee Satisfaction Survey” report conducted for our female drivers by Alper Yılmaz, Quality and Institutional Development Manager.

After the presentations, the opinions / suggestions of our female drivers, which were equivalent to the report, continued with the interactive participation and mutual solution suggestions of our managers.

The meeting ended with a souvenir photo of the program participants in the same frame.
