Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, which reduces the traffic load with the works it has done on the main routes, continues its works at the Karamürsel City Square Köprülü Junction. The project, which is one of the important routes of intercity passenger and logistics transportation, will relieve intercity transportation as well as urban traffic.
BORED PILE MANUFACTURING IS COMPLETED
Work continues intensely at the Karamürsel City Square Bridge Interchange, which is under construction by the Metropolitan Municipality. Within the scope of the project, while the production of 801 bored piles was completed, two thirds of the head beam production was completed. In addition to the head beam construction, which is planned to be completed by the end of the month, infrastructure construction will also begin next week. Potable water, rainwater, sewerage and lighting manufacturing, as well as infrastructure and superstructures on the side roads will be started.
1600 METER DOUBLE MAINWAY
The tunnel of the sunken-output will be 19 meters wide and 290 meters long. Within the scope of the project, there will be a total road of 1600 meters, including 900 meters double main road, 900 meters south, 2 meters north, 310 side roads and 3 meters connection road. For tunnel fabrication, 700 piles in total of 801 meters will be driven. The project, which will significantly reduce the traffic load of the region after its completion, is planned to be completed in early 17.
