“Mission, Vision and Core Values Workshop” was held at the Kağıthane Social Facilities on Thursday, August 20, with the participation of Senior Management. At the end of the ongoing work, IETT's 5-year strategic plan will be prepared.
The workshop, held at Social Facilities in Kağıthane Garage on Thursday, 20 August, started with the speeches of our General Manager Alper Bilgili and Deputy General Managers. Afterwards, Büşra Buran, Head of Strategy Development Department, made a presentation about the previous Strategic Plans.
Then, the participants divided into 2 groups held a separate Mission and Vision determination meeting. The Mission and Vision proposals determined by the two groups were later combined in a joint meeting and clarified.
The Core Values workshop was held in the afternoon after the new Mission-Vision determination meeting of IETT covering the years 2021-2025.
Making a speech after the workshop, General Manager Alper Bilgili said, “Management and employee participation are very important in determining strategies. A participatory plan should be prepared by taking the opinions of internal and external stakeholders in the studies to be carried out in this context. The maximum participation of our employees in the upcoming survey study is very valuable to us. We will continue our efforts to ensure that the strategies to be created are the right roadmap that will bring our institution to its goals ”.
The process of creating IETT's Strategic Plan is still ongoing. The plan will be finalized and shared with the public after the completion of the survey with the participation of employees and stakeholders.
