Regional Employment Offices, which bring job seeking citizens together with employer companies in the private sector, spread throughout Istanbul. After Küçükçekmece, Şişli and Kartal and Sancaktepe, Büyükçekmece also hosts the Regional Employment Office.
The opening ceremony of Büyükçekmece Regional Employment Office was attended by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, Büyükçekmece Mayor Dr. It will be held tomorrow with the participation of Hasan Akgün, IMM and Büyükçekmece Municipality bureaucrats, leading industrialists of the region and young people who are employed.
The first of the Regional Employment Offices, which aims to produce quick solutions to the unemployment problem of citizens with its dynamic, competent, friendly and sincere employees, was opened in Küçükçekmece in June 2019. In February 2020, Regional Employment Offices started to serve in Şişli and Kartal. Finally, in July 2020, Sancaktepe Regional Employment Office was put at the service of Istanbul residents.
More than six thousand Istanbul residents have so far been provided with job opportunities through IMM Regional Employment Offices.
