Çambaşı Facilities Preparing for Ski Season

Turkey's Çambaşı the sea, one of the closest ski resorts Ski Center is preparing for the 2020-2021 ski season.

The facilities in Çambaşı Ski Center, which is located by Ordu Metropolitan Municipality on 2.000 decares of land at an altitude of 650 and is 52 kilometers from the city center, are getting ready for the winter season.

The bungalows, which made a great success last year, are being renewed with the restaurants, cafes, buffets where snacks can be served, ski and sled rooms.

ORBEL General Manager Muhammed Günaydın, who gave information about the activities such as increasing the number of runways from 4 last year to 15, afforestation of the runways, maintenance of chairlifts, arrangement of the meeting area, said that they are preparing the facilities for the new period.

We also make new arrangements in our facilities to meet the increasing demand. First of all, we are doing improvement works in bungalows. We are also expanding the social reinforcement area. The parking area is expanded by applying partial closure of the stream bed in front of the facility. While the surface waters are being rehabilitated, we also conduct landscaping. Germination work is carried out on all ski slopes. In short, we are creating a facility that will serve local, national and international skiers ”.
