According to the report of Yusuf Demir from SÖZCÜ; “A new tender will be launched in the Bursa-Osmaneli Railway project, which has not been completed since 2012. Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Adil Karaismailoğlu, said in a statement in Kırıkkale on June 11, "We plan to connect Bursa-Bilecik Osmaneli district to the Ankara-Istanbul line and plan in July, hopefully we plan to enter 2023 with a high-speed train line of 5 kilometers." TENDER NOT ANNOUNCED

The Public Procurement Authority confirmed that a new tender will be held with the registration number 2020/390523, titled "Bandırma-Bursa-Yenişehir-Osmaneli High Standard Railway Line Construction and Supply of Electromechanical Systems" upon the application of SÖZCÜ. Authority officials noted that the tender date, specification and other information regarding the contents of the file were not communicated to them as it would not be done in an “open” manner.

The tender, which is not preferred to be held in an "open" procedure, which provides high level of competition, transparency and participation, which is accepted as the main procedure by the Public Procurement Law, is closed with the companies selected and invited privately, without any announcement, with the "21b bargaining" procedure stipulated by the law for emergency situations. will take place behind doors. It is said that the tender will be held on 20 August, that is, tomorrow.

GIVEN TO CENGİZ İNŞAAT

When the foundation of the project was laid in 2012, it was announced that the flights would start in 2016. However, that did not happen. Numerous tenders were held. There were always the names of familiar companies in tenders.
