He appeared in 204 films during his nearly half-century of art life. She received the "Most Successful Supporting Actress" awards at the 1965 We Are All Brothers, in 1967 the Cruel, in 1968 Last Night and the Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival. In the 1969 Adana Golden Boll Film Festival, she was selected as the "Best Supporting Actress" for her film Kuyu.
Rona, who was paralyzed to his right side in the last years of his life and was confined to a wheelchair, was living in a nursing home in Pendik. Health and violent incidents in this nursing home have come to the fore in television news and Aliye Rona has been in a bad mood here. Again, during the news about this nursing home, he stated that his last request was to "play Atatürk's mother Zübeyde Hanım". The artist, who died on 29 August 1996 due to a brain hemorrhage in the nursing home, was buried in the family cemetery in the Karacaahmet Cemetery.
