Görgün emphasized that the lenses produced in Sivas are exported to 8 countries and said, “ASELSAN precision optics, which produces lenses for binoculars and imaging systems used in the defense industry with a tolerance of 5 microns, exports to 8 countries with the success it has achieved in this field. Our products, which are introduced and mass-produced today, are taking firm steps forward on the road to the top in optical design and production. Designed and mass produced by ASELSAN Sivas, our M27 armored vehicle periscope was produced with local and national facilities. "Our pistol reflex sight has been designed completely with local and national facilities," he said.

Following the ceremony, Vice President of Defense Industry Celal Sami Tüfekçi attended the opening ceremony of “TAYFX Precision Optik and Mekanik AŞ”, which was established in the XNUMXst OIZ to meet the sensitive optical needs of the defense industry with the participation of ASELSAN officials, Governor Salih Ayhan and the provincial protocol. Following the speeches, accompanied by prayers, the opening of the Tayfx Precision Optics Factory was made by the provincial protocol. The ASELSAN delegation touring the factory and the provincial protocol received information about production from Alper Kılınç, the company's Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Following the factory opening, the ASELSAN delegation visited the workshop in the Business Development Center (İSGEM), which continues its activities in the 1st OIZ, together with the Governor Salih Ayhan and the provincial protocol, and completed their programs in Sivas.
