ASELSAN is ranked higher every year in the list published by the United States-based military publishing company Defense News magazine. ASELSAN, which gradually increased its success graph, was ranked 52nd last year. With its defense turnover approaching $ 2,2 billion, ASELSAN climbed 4 steps and ranked 48th.
ASELSAN, an establishment of the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation, entered the list of the world's top 100 defense industry companies (Defense News Top 100) for the first time in 2008 at 97th place. Setting its goal as being among the top 50 companies since its first year on the list, ASELSAN ranked 48th on the list this year.
We always felt the support of our state
ASELSAN Chairman of the Board and General Manager Prof. Dr. Haluk Görgün said that they are happy to be at the top of the list, but that their goals are much higher. Professor Dr. Görgün said, “ASELSAN products continue to serve in 65 countries of the world. We will continue to work day and night to meet the needs of our security forces and the armed forces of friendly and allied countries in a fast and reliable manner. In return, I believe that we will be higher in this list in the coming years.
