Loan Housing Sales Increased 1000 Percent Compared to July of the Last Year

In July, housing sales with loans increased 141 percent compared to the same period of the previous year with 434 thousand 1000 transactions. The increase in housing sales, which started with the decrease in loan rates, continues.

According to the data of the General Directorate of Land Registry, 141 thousand 434 loans were sold across the country in July. The provinces where the most houses were sold were Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa and Kocaeli.

27 thousand 424 loans were sold in Istanbul in July, the most houses were sold in Esenyurt this month, as in the previous month. Last month, a total of 2 credit houses were sold in Esenyurt, 680 in Pendik, and 1880 in Sancaktepe.

Among other districts of Istanbul, 1370 credits were sold in Ümraniye, 1280 in Beylikdüzü, 1267 in Kartal, 1213 in Maltepe, 1143 in Küçükçekmece, 1124 in Çekmeköy and 1058 in Tuzla.

THE MOST LOANED HOUSING SALES IN ANKARA HAS BEEN MADE IN ÇANKAYA

Ankara was the second city where the most credit housing was sold in July. Last month, 18 thousand 566 credits were sold in Ankara. Houses with 3 thousand 243 credits were sold in Çankaya, 2 thousand 866 in Keçiören, 2 thousand 741 in Etimesgut, 2 thousand 479 in Yenimahalle, and 2 thousand 301 in Mamak.

İzmir became the third province where the most credit housing was sold. 3 thousand 10 credit houses were sold in Izmir. Their district is 741 in Buca, 1401 in Çiğli, KarşıyakaHousing sales with loans were 998 in Menemen, 857 in Menemen and 786 in Torbalı.

After Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, Bursa and Kocaeli were the other cities where the highest number of houses were sold. Last month, 6 thousand 60 houses were sold in Bursa and 5 thousand 66 houses in Kocaeli.

A TOTAL 141 THOUSAND 434 HOUSES WITH CREDITS WERE SOLD IN JULY

While 14 thousand 348 credits were sold in July last year, 141 thousand 434 sales were realized in the same period of this year. In July of this year, housing sales increased by 1000 percent compared to the same period last year.

On the other hand, housing sales on credit, which took place since June 1, when loan interest rates decreased, reached 250. In addition, 792 billion 1 million 428 thousand TL was earned to the treasury from the sales of loans on credit.
