Ministry of Environment and Urbanization provided 307 million liras in the first half of the year in urban transformation areas.
The Ministry of Environment and Urbanization continues to provide lease assistance to beneficiaries in urban transformation application areas (risky areas, reserve building areas and parcels with risky buildings) within the scope of the “Law on Transformation of Disaster Risk Areas” numbered 2012 enacted in 6306.
In this context, the provinces with the highest amount of rent assistance in the first 2020 months of 6 were Istanbul, Ankara, Elazig, Antalya and Izmir, respectively.
In the first half of the year, the Ministry, which provided 135 million 600 thousand liras in the first half of the year, is 28 million 569 thousand liras in Ankara, 26 million 900 thousand liras in Elazig, 14 million 900 thousand liras in Antalya and 14 million in Izmir. He gave 200 thousand pounds of rent assistance.
In the first half of this year, a total of 244 beneficiaries, including 63 million lira risk structure and 48 million lira risk area lease assistance, received 240 million lira.
In this context, 106 million TL was given to 980 thousand 681 citizens last year.
UP TO 351 THOUSAND CITIZENS HELD 4 BILLION RENTS
The Ministry provided 2012 billion 2020 million lira rent assistance to a total of 743 thousand 3 beneficiaries, from 412 to 351 June, 260 million lira risky area lease assistance and 4 billion 155 million lira risky building lease aid.
The rental assistance period continues for 18 months in risky structures outside the risky area and the monthly rental fee is determined by the Ministry.
Within the scope of urban transformation in Artvin, Bilecik, Bingöl, Bolu, Burdur, Çankırı, Erzincan, Gümüşhane, Hakkari, Kırşehir, Nevşehir, Sinop, Tunceli, Bayburt, Karaman, Kırıkkale, Bartın, Ardahan, Iğdır, Yalova, Karabük, Kilis citizens are provided with 715 liras, Amasya, Bitlis, Edirne, Giresun, Isparta, Kars, Kastamonu, Kırklareli, Muş, Niğde, Rize, Siirt, Uşak, Yozgat, Aksaray, Şırnak, Osmaniye, Düzce and 810 liras.
Adıyaman, Afyonkarahisar, Ağrı, Çorum, Elazığ, Kütahya, Ordu, Sivas, Tokat, Zonguldak, Batman, Çanakkale 905 pounds per month, Aydın, Balıkesir, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Hatay, Mersin, Kayseri, Kocaeli In Malatya, Manisa, Kahramanmaraş, Mardin, Muğla, Sakarya, Samsun, Tekirdağ, Trabzon, Şanlıurfa, Van, monthly rental fee of 995 TL is paid.
In Adana, Antalya, Bursa, Konya, 1085 Turkish Lira is given to the right holders, while the highest rental price is 1150 Turkish Liras in Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir.
