The City Aesthetics Department, which has launched a new application in the capital city, illuminates the escalators with colored LED lights.

AWARENESS AND SAFE VISUAL DESIGN IN WALKING STAIRS
The City Aesthetics Department, which carries out the maintenance and repair of elevators and escalators with its own facilities, also attaches great importance to the safety of the capital city.
Aiming to increase the awareness of the escalators by making them more visible, thus ensuring pedestrian safety, the Metropolitan Municipality plans to prevent accidents that may occur after dark with the new application. Escalators equipped with red, white, green, blue and purple colored led lighting are gaining the appreciation of the capital city with their visually striking design.
THE APPLICATION WILL BE SPREADED ON THE CITY
In the first place, the LED lights attached to the 8 escalators located in front of Havaş, Anadolu Boulevard Mehmet Akif Ersoy District and the Ottoman Family Life Center will be spread throughout the city and applied to 30 more points.
The City Aesthetics Department Maintenance and Repair Branch Directorate continues the assembly and disassembly of elevators and escalators that do not work at the points where pedestrian traffic is heavy or that have completed their economic life.
