Pre-registration applications have been completed for the support of the "Hungarian Vetch Seed" of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, which produces projects to improve agriculture and animal husbandry in the Capital. Following the preregistration, the Rural Services Department will distribute 5 kilograms of “Hungarian Vetch Seed” to a total of 900 farmers applying in autumn.

The Metropolitan Municipality, which has undertaken projects aiming to support the domestic producer economically by prioritizing rural development, continues its support for animal producers. In this context, the application record was broken for the support of Hungarian Vetch seed, which significantly met the needs of animal producers of the Metropolitan Municipality for roughage.
5 THOUSAND FARMER APPLIED
90 thousand farmers applied for preliminary registration for the support of the Hungarian Vetch seed, which will be donated by the Rural Services Department, 10 percent of which will be granted and 5 percent will be paid by farmers.
While the applications to the District Agriculture and Forestry Directorates are being completed, a total of 900 thousand kilograms of Hungarian Vetch seeds will be distributed to the farmers who apply in the fall.
OCTOBER IN 100 THOUSAND
Hungarian Vetch seed, which will be distributed to farmers with at least 5 decares and 20 decares of land, will be cultivated in a total area of 100 thousand decares.
Drawing attention to the first time that they received record applications from all 25 districts this year, Rural Services Department Head Fazıl Köremezli made the following statements:
“For this year, we conducted a study on supporting Hungarian Vetch seeds in 25 districts of Ankara. We purchase goods with the records received from District Agriculture and Forestry Directorates. A total of 5 applications were made for seed support. We will support 900 thousand kilograms of Hungarian Vetch seeds. We will plant in an area of approximately 100 thousand decares. We will deliver the seeds to the producers by the end of September. record this year was held in Ankara and Turkey for an application. We saw that our manufacturers need it. We received instructions from our Metropolitan Mayor Mr. Mansur Yavas regarding the evaluation of all applications made by our farmer. We will continue to support all applications made by our farmers. ”
Metropolitan Municipality also carried out the first harvest of the Hungarian Vetch seed sown on the Atatürk Forest Farm land this year. Feed bales and Hungarian Vetch seeds obtained after harvest will also be distributed to the farmers from the capital.
