IETT opened a line connecting 7 villages in Şile

7 villages located in the borders of Şile District were connected to Ümraniye with the 139D Tepeüstü-Darlık line opened by IETT. It will be held 60 kilometers or even 6 times a day.

The villages of Üvezli, Kömluluk, Kervansaray, Ulupelit, Böçkıdere, Oruçoğlu and Darlık in the Stream District of Şile were connected to Ümraniye without transfer via the 139D line. The newly opened line has a length of 60 kilometers and it is calculated that the travel time will be 150 minutes and the return time will be 175 minutes. There will be 139 trips per day on 6D Tepeüstü-Darlık line.

Due to the opening of the line, IETT delegation consisting of IMM Assembly Member Tonguç Çoban, IETT Deputy General Manager Hamdi Alper Kolukısa, Head of Passenger Services and Communication Department Müfit Yetkin, Head of Transportation Planning Department İhsan Eroğlu and Head of Transportation Department Şükrü Yılmaz visited the villages. Villagers who sacrificed due to the new line, İBB President Ekrem İmamoğluthanked him.
