Estonia Receives Signaling Tender Indra

Estonian signaling system is being renewed. Estonian Railways (ER) has launched a tender to design, develop, implement and develop a traffic control system for the 1214 km long railway network. The best bidder for the tender Indra firm 18.4 million euros won with. The project is expected to be completed in 2025. After the completion of the project, two-year system maintenance is also included in this price.

"By 2030, we have launched a very ambitious investment plan that will take our railway infrastructure to a new level of quality and security, so we are very happy to start modernization projects," says ER CEO Erik Laidvee.
