The DFDS Mediterranean Business Unit will partner with the intermodal transport operator primeRail to establish a new "Intermodal Transport Competence Center" in the Cologne region under the name DFDS Intermodal GmbH. The DFDS Mediterranean Business Unit will focus on developing competitive solutions with the “DFDS Intermodal GmbH Intermodal Transport Competence Center” to be established in the Cologne region to replicate intermodal transportation solutions in addition to its current operation.
The joint project is carried out with primeRail, a railroad operator trying to maximize mobility with innovative and cost-effective intermodal transportation solutions.
