Expressing that they started each day with the slogan "The road is civilization", Minister Karaismailoğlu stated that while the intercity distance between Amasya Ring Road will be shortened by 2 kilometers, the transportation time exceeding approximately 30 minutes will decrease to 7 minutes. Stating his gratitude to President Erdogan regarding the Hagia Sophia decision, Minister Karaismailoğlu said, “I am once again expressing our gratitude on behalf of our nation for your decision of conquering Hagia Sophia and bringing us back to this nation with this holy temple.”

Minister of economic development of the world Karaismailoğlu indicating that offer great opportunities for our geography, logistics corridor formed by the judges in Turkey stressed that the region's progress with a logistics firm steps towards becoming a superpower. Providing information about the Amasya Ring Road, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu said, “Our Ring Road separates the ring road passing through the city from the Suluova-Amasya road and connects to the Amasya-Turhal road by passing through the southwest of Amasya. Our Amasya Ring Road; our 11.3 km road is in a divided road standard and includes 2 double tube tunnels, 4 double viaducts, 3 bridge crossings, 2 double bridges, 3 single bridges and 2 open-close structures. Our Amasya Ring Road will take all vehicle traffic out of the city, which passes intercity transit and must pass through the city. With our ring road, we will shorten the intercity transition distance by 2 kilometers, and we will reduce the transportation time exceeding approximately 30 minutes to 7 minutes. '' Minister Karaismailoğlu pointed out that the Amasya Ring Road will save 1.9 million liters of fuel annually and reduce 4700 tons of carbon emissions, and that the emissions of the exhaust gas in the city will decrease and the Amasians will have a cleaner air in a short time.

Transport Minister Takes First Ride On Ring Road
Following the opening ceremony of the ring road, the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu got behind the wheel of the vehicle and made the first ride. Next to Minister Karaismailoğlu were the Governors of Amasya, Mustafa Masatlı and AK Party Amasya deputies Hasan Çilez and Mustafa Levent Karahocagil.
