Adana Metropolitan Municipality is giving a training seminar on public communication to bus drivers who have a one-to-one dialogue with citizens.

In the training seminar held in the Metropolitan Municipality Theater Hall, Psychologist Tuğçe Önder and Melike Manga informed the drivers about the methods of correct communication with the citizen. Addressing about 600 drivers working in the Metropolitan Municipality, Önder and Manga emphasized that the quality of public communication is very important and explained the methods of being positive.
