According to the normalization calendar, the cable car line, which started to serve again on July 1 and provides transportation to Boztepe, one of the favorite tourism places of Ordu, attracts great attention from guests and citizens coming from outside the city.
The opening and closing times have been re-updated so that the cable car line, where a number of measures such as social distance and hygiene rules are taken, can provide more efficient service.
IT WILL BE OPEN BETWEEN 09.00- 23.30 HOURS
The cable car line, which operates between Altinordu district and Boztepe and is open between 9.30 am and 22.00 pm, will be open between 9.00 am and 23.30 pm.
ABOUT ORDU BOZTEPE TELEFERİK
There are 28 cabins on the Boztepe Teleferik line. After an 8-minute journey, you reach the hill. There is a distance of approximately 2.350 meters from the district center. There are 7 poles in the cable car line. The passenger capacity is 250 people per hour as one way. 750.000 people are transported annually at the station. The engine power of the car is 341 kW.
The cable car, which reaches a height of 500 meters, also has the feature of being the longest distance (900 meters) between the two poles in the world.
