The KPSS-2020/9 Preference Guide, which includes contracted personnel positions that can be preferred at undergraduate levels, has been published on ÖSYM's website as of 08/07/2020. The exam results of the candidates who have taken the Public Personnel Selection Exam (22-KPSS License) held on July 2018, 2018 will be used in the preference transactions. Candidates will be able to make their choices between 08-13 July 2020 by entering the TR Identity Number and password on the website of ÖSYM according to the rules specified in the preference guide. The process of sending preferences from the internet will end at 13 on July 2020, 23.59 and this period will not be extended. For the placement procedures, KPSSP3 score will be used. Candidates who have at least 50 (fifty) related exam scores can choose.
In accordance with the President's Decision published in the Official Gazette No. 9 dated 5/2020/31122; Those who are currently working in public institutions and organizations will not be appointed in the recruitment of contracted personnel to be employed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in 2020 according to the results of the central placement to be made directly by the OSYM Directorate.
In line with the above-mentioned regulations, candidates who have the right to choose in this placement should mark the relevant option on the preference screen. Candidates who choose the relevant option will be able to choose in this placement. The responsibility of the statements made by the candidates belongs to them. Candidates who make false, misleading or false statements in this area will lose all their rights arising from placement. Candidates who make false, misleading or false statements will not be appointed by the General Directorate of Meteorology, even if they are placed.
While working in the status of contracted personnel in public institutions and organizations according to article 657 / B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4; Annex 657 of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel in the 4 / B article (*) of the Civil Servants Law No. 06 (*) and with the Decision of the Council of Ministers dated 06/1978/7 and about those whose service contracts are terminated or those who prefer to be placed in the contract positions in this guide. It should be taken into consideration that the provisions in paragraphs 15754 and 1 of the article (**) will apply. (*) The provision in the article 3 / B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4: “In case of employment in this way, the contracts are terminated by their theories because they act against the principles of the service contract or if they terminate the contract unilaterally except for the exceptions determined by the Presidency decision within the contract period, Unless one year has passed since the date of termination, they cannot be employed in contracted staff positions of theories. ” (**) Provisions in the paragraphs 657 and 4 of the additional article 1 of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel: “... In case the contracted personnel terminate the contract by their institutions or terminate the contract unilaterally within the contract period, from the date of termination. Unless a year has passed, it cannot be re-employed in contracted personnel positions of public institutions and organizations. Convention;
a) From employees who are part-time or limited by the duration of the project,
b) Those who have changed their titles by assigning them to positions related to titles in the attached schedule 4, which have been issued due to their educational status, within the framework of Article 4,
c) Despite requesting relocation due to spouse or health status; Those who cannot apply the provisions of Annex 3 (b) or (c) for any of the reasons that there is no service unit to switch to, there is a unit but there is no vacant position with the same title and quality, or it cannot meet the actual working condition for at least one year, unilateral terminants may be re-employed without being subjected to a one-year term. ”
