Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, which attaches importance to public transportation in Kocaeli, relieves citizens with Passenger Information Systems at the bus stops, as well as measures to reduce passenger density. With the system located in 52 public transportation stations of Kocaeli, citizens can learn the information of the lines that stop, the duration of the next public transportation vehicle and many other information. The maintenance and repair of these systems are carried out regularly by the Public Transport Department throughout the year.

The passenger information system becomes the eyes and ears of the citizens with the information they share to the waiting citizens.
