The proposal made by the Fırat University Rectorate to the Higher Education Council for admitting students to some departments and programs within the university, since the academic year of 2020-2021, was accepted.
In this context, in accordance with the article 2547 / h of the Law No. 2880, as amended by Law No. 7, 20 from the Faculty of Engineering, Bioengineering Department of Fırat University, 30 from the newly established Rail Systems Machinism Program in Baskil MYO, and 20 of the Industrial Products Design Program of Elazığ Organized Industrial Zone. A total of 30 students will be admitted, including 30 for the Karakoçan Vocational School Land Registry and Cadastre Program and 130 for the Social Sciences Vocational School Culinary Program.
Fırat University Rector. Dr. Kutbeddin Demirdağ stated that they continue their studies in order to increase the number of students by opening qualified departments and programs within the university.
