Ships will not go to Istanbul for repairs

Izmir Metropolitan Municipality's long-term search for accommodation for İZDENİZ ships ended with the rental of Levent Marina. Applications previously made to the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure for the allocation of Bostanlı and İnciraltı fishermen shelters have resulted negatively. İZDENİZ ships had to go to Istanbul for repairs and maintenance, as there was no mooring or shrinkage in the Gulf. Especially in stormy weather, they were expecting them to avoid hitting each other. This situation created a large amount of cost on behalf of İZDENİZ. A very important problem was solved with the rental of Levent Marina.
