Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu announced that they have gradually restarted their international flights to cover some countries as of today, following domestic flights, which started on June 1, as part of the new normalization steps.
Explaining that international flights are initiated in a controlled manner and scheduled flight operations will be carried out with risk-free countries, Karaismailoğlu underlined that the flights with national and international health authorities will be made with healthier and safer standards. Minister Karaismailoğlu, who declared that the anti-epidemic measures were taken at the highest level, also reminded that airports for the covid-19 outbreak are certified according to the forecasts of the Ministry of Health and the Scientific Committee. Karaismailoğlu, who said that 53 airports will now be equipped with precautionary measures and will serve safely, said that the certificate measures were shared with other countries on international flights.

On all flights, airlines will follow the rules in the airline and airport outbreak guide published by SHGM. Flight permits to be issued for the countries to be launched will be coordinated with the Ministry of Health. ”
