Measures to Be Taken During the Normalization Process in Public Institutions and Organizations

The Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services has determined the measures to be taken in public institutions and organizations with the end of the public flexible working model that started on March 19 due to the COVID-22 pandemic.

Among the measures prepared by the General Directorate of Occupational Health and Safety and sent to all ministries; There are many items from shuttle vehicles to the entrance of the building, from the use of masks to the office environment to the refectory. The measures to be taken in public institutions and organizations during the normalization process are as follows:

Density Measure to Service Vehicle Clock

• The carrying capacity of all vehicles for service and service vehicles will be determined by considering the social distance rules.
• The vehicles will be equipped with antiseptic and disposable masks.
• Service departure times will be re-determined to prevent possible accumulation.
• Body temperature of all employees will be checked with the contactless thermometer at the entrance to the workplaces. Contactless systems will be used against the risk of contamination in workplaces with access control systems.
• Transition signs will be made at the entrances of the institutions to ensure social distance.
• Up-to-date information about new types of coronavirus prevention methods will be shared with building entrances, elevator cabin and information boards on floors.
• Offices and meeting rooms, toilets, elevators, staircase handrails, door handles, and screened vehicles in the workplace with frequent contact, and equipment such as computer keyboards, mice and telephones will be disinfected.

Meetings to be Held by Teleconference Method

• Offices will be frequently ventilated naturally. Ventilation systems will be revised.
• Meetings, interviews and trainings will also be held online or through a teleconference call.
• Reorganization will be made for those working in office environments where social distance cannot be achieved. All staff will wear a mask for the duration of their work.
• Arrangements will be made in dining halls in the new period. Dining times and table layout will be adjusted so that fewer people will be together.
• Social distance will be maintained at the entrance of the refectory with the help of appropriate ground markings. Food will be given with disposable products. Water dispensers and tea machines in the common area will not be used.
