İBB President Ekrem İmamoğlu is launching the project that aims to make low-income home owners. The foundation of Silivri 4th Stage Houses, which will change the standards of KIPTAS in mass housing, is laid with a ceremony that will be attended by İBB President Ekrem İmamoğlu.
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) company KIPTAS, the first work of the project, which aims to make low-income homeowners with its qualified architecture and suitable payment conditions, will start on June 13 at 11.00. The groundbreaking ceremony of the residences will be held in Silivri with the participation of İBB President Ekrem İmamoğlu, İBB senior management and KİPTAŞ General Manager Ali Kurt. The project, which will accept preliminary applications until June 21, aims to build quality housing in affordable conditions.
TARGET MAKING THE INCOME INCOME HOST
Saying that they want to host the low-income people at the introductory meeting on May 31, Mayor Imamoglu explained the details of the project and started the pre-application process. Arrangements were made in order to offer equal opportunities to people in the applications of Silivri 4th Stage Houses, which Mayor Imamoglu described as 'a project where new generation municipality is combined with a new generation social housing concept'. Two 40 quotas were allocated for 50 percent disabled citizens, martyrs' families, war and duty disabled people, widows and orphans. Health workers who fought in the front line in the fight against Covid -19 were also granted privileges in the project. In addition to the special groups, 50 residences were also considered for healthcare workers.
PRE-APPLICATION DEADLINE 21 JUNE
Preliminary applications for the project until 21 June silivri4.kiptas.istanbul/ can be done through the site. Those who meet the application requirements will be able to pay their 500 TL participation fee online via credit card and easily create their requests. If the demand is intense during the application process, lots will be drawn. The project, which consists of 396 residences, consists of 2 + 1, 3 + 1 apartments.
