A new name has joined the senior management of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM). İBB President Ekrem İmamoğlu appointed Alper Bilgili to the IETT General Directorate.
Bilgili was born in Istanbul in 1972. He completed his undergraduate education in the Department of Civil Engineering at Middle East Technical University (METU), and his master's degree in transportation engineering at Boğaziçi University (BU), where he is also a research assistant. He also received a master's degree (MBA) in business education from Istanbul Technical University (ITU).
Bilgili started his business life at Omsan Lojistik in 1999. Then he worked at Arkas Logistics and Aras Cargo between 2002-2005. He then worked as the General Manager of Mars Logistics and Ekol Logistics between 2005-2019.
