Nadir Küpeli, Chairman of Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone (EOSB), made a statement on land allocations and new investments made in Eskişehir OSB. Stating that they have allocated 5 new lands to investors in the last 27 months, President Küpeli said, “In the January-May period of 2020, we allocated a total area of 1 thousand square meters to 27 new investors from our existing OIZ area and our rapidly growing 722st Development Zone. This figure represents the highest figure on an annual basis as a field in the last 10 years. Although we are having an economically difficult period due to the coronavirus pandemic, the crisis periods are periods with great opportunities in terms of making forward growth plans. In such periods, those who saw opportunities and made plans for growth, acted first for new investments, and made long-term positive plans for the future were always lucrative. In such an environment, Eskişehir OSB is the most preferred OIZ in investors in recent years due to the full infrastructure facilities it offers, very affordable land prices and investments in many sectors in the OIZ, although it is in the 1st Region in terms of incentives. Especially in our 1st Development Zone, we allocate land to our industrialists at very affordable prices. Industrial establishments located in this region are rapidly completing their investments and starting production. 1.
