Aziz Aksoy was born in Düzce in 1964. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Düzce, he graduated from Trakya University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 1988. He completed his master's degree in Marmara University, Business Management Specialization Program.
After working in various units of TCDD General Directorate between 1989 and 1999, he worked as the Assistant General Manager of Technical Services at Transportation Inc., Assistant General Manager of Financial and Administrative Affairs at ISBAK (Istanbul Municipalities Maintenance Transportation) Inc., Istanbul People He served as Deputy General Manager of Enterprises at Ekmek A.Ş, Deputy Technical Manager at the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, Department of Hydroelectric Power Plants, Expert at Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Department of Transportation.
Since 03.03.2015, AKSOY, who has been working as the Approval of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Consent of the Prime Ministry Disaster and Emergency Management Directorate, is married and has two children.
